My expectation is that the Part V "Improving Judgements"
is going to put emphasis on demphasizing expert judgements
and leaning towards more systematic approaches that embody
the sum total of expert knowledge, and not just the
intuition of one.

  "... replacing judgement with rules or algorithms is
   an option you should consider... "  -- p.221

  But they concede that "rules have their own problems"
  pointing us to Chapter 6, and they comment that no one
  expects "AI" to replace human judgement entirely
