                                             July 7, 2018

                                                           Sometimes called
                                                           "Another Miss Oh".

As of episode 3 or 4 they decide to play
"let's pile on the coincidences!"

The female lead decides to finally move to Seoul,
and gets a cheap room in a house-- which she
discovers is *on the other side of the wall* Then there are other
from the male lead! Oh my! things involving the
                                                       male leads ex-girlfriend
Oh, and the male lead has some roomates... one showing up in the
of them is the female leads boss! Oh my! female leads life at
                                                       work... I have trouble
                                                       remembering them all.

                                                       Then, the male lead's
                                                       mom turns out to be
                                                       chasing the ex-
                                                       girlfriends ex-husband.

                                                    They have a character
I started looking at this comment: "There are too
show because I saw an many coincidences here."
    article complaining about
"The Goblin" being just Clearly they're doing this
being another example of crap on purpose. Seeing how
"cinderella syndrome". It much they can get away
claimed this show as a with? Playing it as an
    contrary example, featuring in-joke?
    a "flawed but likeable"
female protagonist... (You know, there's that bit
                                                    in "Blazing Saddles": "But
This "likeable" woman is a that sounds like something
whiner who keeps getting out of a bad movie?!")
    drunk constantly because her
    boyfriend broke up with her.

Some of the better material in this show
involves the male lead's job: he's a foley
         artist with a captial "A", who's tremendously
fussy about doing this just right, using
actual sound recordings without much digitial
         sample manipulations.

There are some silly jokes where he complains
about one of his staff trying to use a daytime
recording of background noises for a night
time scene-- he insists that things sound
different because of the changes in air
         temperature.
