Every single korean drama show with
a hospital setting is a cavalcade of
ethical horrors...

I'm no expert on Korean medical
rules, but I can't believe they're
as primitive as the drama writers
make them out to be.

I mean, family members running
around the emergency room having
nervous breakdowns?

Doctors regularly operating on
friends and relatives?

  Or consider "Risky Romance",
  where the male lead has some
  very clear brain-damage--           (Everyone comments on his
  and nearly every one just           personality change after
  looks the other way-- they          a severe accident.)
  allow him to keep practicing
  as a brain surgeon...
