I've got a couple of engineering degrees, but I don't
go around insisting that you should trust me on
engineering issues (rather than, say, Amory
Lovins). I'm not representing myself here as anything
more than Some Guy On The Internet-- and actually I
think you should really watch out for people claiming
credentials that you can't (easily) check.  There's a
lot of Munchhausen Syndrome (and any other syndrome
you can think of) going around on the net.
